Meet Your Facilitator
Mackenzie Costron, BMT, MTA, RCT (she/her), is an Autistic Therapist, who specializes in supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, panic attacks, autism meltdowns and burnout. Her focus is on neurodivergent adults, mothers, queer folks, and entrepreneurs/ business owners in creative, health, and wellness industries. These intersecting identities, while challenging, also foster immense resilience, creativity, and unique problem-solving. Together, you will create a supportive space to explore, heal, and regain clarity so you can feel more grounded and empowered in both personal and professional realms.
